Abstract :
Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a conjoint effective assessing method which combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. Since it is uncertain in the process of deal with qualitative object qualificationally. In order to improve the reliability, the process should be improved in appropriate theories and methods. The weight evaluation method is presented combining AHP and computer technology. From the elementary requirement of the personnel, building the evaluation system of training to evaluate the personnel training scientific and rationally. It is shown that the method is simple and easy to operate, convenient for engineering application.
