Abstract
In order to analyze the effect of different behaviors of quality control department and construction contractor on the construction project quality management model, an Nonmyopic game model of construction project quality management was established. In this model, the effect and position of social responsibility and fines were carefully discussed and the dynamic Nonmyopic procedure and stable equilibrium of construction project quality control was analyzed. The result shows that the systemic equilibrium stability has a very important and profound connection with the length of foresight which represent the influence by the utilities in the future, and that Nonmyopic equilibrium have much better performance in finding pareto optimal solution of quality control game than the traditional Nash equilibrium in quality control game.
