Abstract
This article basic in the Henan Province actual situation of tourism development, analyzes the status of SPA tourism development of Henan Province, and then summarizes the constraints and defects of SPA Tourism development. Finally, based on present situation and problem analysis, proposing some suggestions of how to developing spa tourism in Henan province.
