Abstract :
For the high accuracy synchronization requirement of IEC61850 based digital substation, to apply a combination of time synchronization scheme to Substation Automation System (SAS), PTP(pricision time synchronization protocol) is adopted between bay level and process level equipment, the paper presents a method of combination of adjusted frequency and adjusted phase to achieve precision synchronization based on principle of PTP. The result of the experiment shows the algorithm is more effective.
