Abstract :
In modern automotive industry supply chain, selecting suitable suppliers should have strategic view. However, it is multi-objective decisions which have many factors to be given consideration. Evaluation model is a way to realize scientific decision-making. In this paper, principal component analysis should be used to preprocess, and then make an analysis of the integrated evaluation method, TOPSIS method and ELECTRE method. At last, social choice method can judge which method is more credible when the results are inconsistent.
