Abstract :
In order to reveal enterprises´ e-commerce operational performance, the regression measurement model is used in this paper. By model deduction and model validation, the model can effectively reveal the corresponding factors which can affect enterprises´ e-commerce operational performance. For illustration, 100 professional teachers with a certain academic e-commerce specialty from many universities in different countries were selected and 60 effective questionnaires were selected in the recovery of the 87 questionnaires returned. The empirical results show that such elements as logistics, social credit cultivation, social information level, business website improvement, e-commerce legislation construction and security model improvement and other elements have a direct action in promoting the improve the e-commerce operation performance. The professional cultivation and product standardization does not play a substantive function. The empirical research has revealed that enterprises should strengthen the construction of product standardization and improve the efficiency of training professionals in order to improve the e-commerce operational efficiency.
