Abstract
In order to reveal the successful factors of enterprise resource plan system implementation, the exploring factorial analysis (EFA) model is used in this paper. By the theoretical analysis on model construction, data collection and model examination, the EFA model can effectively reveal the interrelation between ERP implementation and five factors such as the organization supports, the BPR, the construction of the professional team, the IT support and the continuous innovation in Chinese Enterprises. For illustration, the collected copies are 100 enterprises, in which 97 copies are valid. The empirical results show that both the confirmation data of the independent variable system and the confirmation data of the dependent variable have the satisfying reliability. The organization support and the leadership support are first essential factors of affecting ERP implementation success in Chinese Enterprises. The empirical research provides the theatrical reference with the feasible value for Chinese enterprises to improve the ERP-related operational efficiency.
