Architecture of Integrated Education Service Platform for E-Learning in Rural Area

This paper proposes an available base architecture of integrated education service platform to describe the applications of e-learning in rural area by means of both Internet protocol television (IPTV) and IPQAM-VOD system, which includes four main layers according to different entities. Multiscale solutions for different access equipments are taken into account by considering users´ operation habits and their technique background. Furthermore, convenience and interactive capability are our main consideration. Moreover, recommendation information is optimized for access strategy.
