Abstract :
By using the three-stage model, this paper divides the innovation activities of regional innovation system into the technical output stage, the economic output stage and the social benefit output stage, and uses the model in the Data Envelope Analysis method model to make the evaluation of technical efficiency, economic efficiency and social efficiency of innovation activities of regional innovation system respectively, and propose policy suggestion.
