Abstract
Green Security Barrier is a non-tariff barriers in currently international trade which is applied by more and more developed countries to comply with, the barriers are in compliance with relevant national trade agreement and nominal reason is reasonable, especially China has been accession to the WTO, and unable to avoidable. At present, our country\´s many products have great lost because of suffering "green safety barriers". So, how to break through other countries\´ "green safety barriers" and establish our\´s "green safety barrier", and how to actively use "green safety barrier" to improve the level of production safety in China, which has the important practical significance for optimization and upgrading in the industrial structure. This paper firstly analyzes the essential connotation of safety green barriers. Second, further analysis differentiation green safety barriers and general trade protection, and analysis the essential difference between trade protection safety protection methods, Finally, Finally, this paper holds that the safety green barriers level of a country or region is mainly decided together by its productivity, the level of economic development ,and scientific and technological level. Safety green barriers in different countries or regional may differ slightly, and in different social economic development stage in the same countries or regional , its security green barriers may also have different. As one country or regional raise the productivity development level, its security green barriers should be gradually improve.
