Abstract
From the perspective of emotional management strategy, the survey of 320 girl students from higher vocational schools which adopting experimental method shows, the sports health course intervention model of aerobic setting-up exercises not only helps girl students from higher vocational schools maintain good Mentality and emotion, as well as a positive subjective experience, but also helps them correctly understand personalities, enhance interpersonal skills, form optimistic attitude, and improve the subjective well-being feelings. Compared with the girls from public higher vocational schools, the score of private higher vocational girls´ positive emotion and negative emotion as well as the index of overall subjective well-being are low, which may be caused by objective reasons as to economic and public opinion aspects.
