Abstract
In current local colleges of China, there are lots of problems on structural and functional imbalance about the allocation of sports human resource, including the gap of supply and demand between talent structures and social needs being outstanding, the function deviation between supply entity and regulation subject, the idle and lack of human resource, the unsmooth system between schools and the low sharing degree etc., which makes the application efficacy of sports human resource insufficient, what´s worse, the lower profits of education are inevitable. For the sake of optimal efficacy of sports human resource and maximized educational profits, this paper reveals the problems of college human resource as to space allocation and discusses the ways to break the administrative and regional barriers of college sports human resource under the market economy condition. Finally, the direct approaches of development and management on college sports human resource are put forward. Impel the optimal allocation of sports human resource, achieve the talent distribution and build mutual helping and complementary interpersonal relationship, and promote the reasonable use of college sports human resource.
