On the Reform of Management System of Higher Education in China from the Perspective of System Analysis

Higher educational system is a key issue which influences the overall situation of higher education. By dividing the higher educational system into three sub-systems of administrative system of higher education, educational system and internal management system of institutions of higher learning, this essay illustrates the major issues concerning the governmental management model and the classified administration towards higher learning institutions, the dual structure of internal executive power and academic rights of higher learning institutions, etc. and puts forward the corresponding strategies of reform and development.
