Abstract :
In order to resolve the problems of information distortion, delay, unbalance and waste of inventory in current logistics management, the lean logistic operating model based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is put forward and its feasibility studied in this paper. A five-layer control system of lean logistics is constructed to forecast real-time material demands and the function of every layer is analysed. RFID system is adopted to collect the real-time logistics information which includes supply logistics information and production logistics information. Lean logistics information-sharing system is given to realize materials supply on time and accurately through acquiring the real-time information about the demands of the products and materials on the production lines, and sharing the information with the related enterprises in the supply chain. The material flow can be pulled by the production lines of manufacturing company. Finally, an application case combining with the model in Auto industry is discussed.
