This is the first time that the IEEE WETICE conference has taken place in Toulouse at ISAE, the Institut Sup??rieur de l??Aeronautique et de l??Espace, in cooperation with the LAAS-CNRS laboratory. WETICE is sponsored by IEEE, West Virginia University, ISAE, and LAAS-CNRS.
