  • Abstract
    In the Internet economy, more and more transactions are carrying out by means of conclusion of the electronic contracts which result in all kinds of special risks in electronic contracts, and which need to be controlled by the law. Preservation notarization builds security barrier for electronic contracts through its legal power and notarization technology, effectively reducing the legal risks of electronic contracts, protecting e-commerce activities.
