The real estate enterprises apply the supply chain to enhance their competitiveness. The paper firstly provides an overview of the scholars researching on the supply chain, establishing supply chain performance evaluation index system. Then simplifies the indexes applying rough set theory, and applies unascertained model to evaluate. Finally, the paper sets a practical example to make a reference of applying the supply chain.
