            Abstract :
All-optical devices including optical buffers, wavelength converters, optical logic gates and ultra-low Vpi optical modulators can be enabled by leveraging coherent light-matter interactions to create tailorable dispersion characteristics in semiconductors. Recent advances will be discussed.
