Abstract :
According to the special requirements of electric forklift, a six-phase 12/10 pole switched reluctance motor drive system is proposed based on DSP and μC/OS-II. In this paper, the design details of the controller is described and in order to solve the nonlinear problem of switched reluctance motor, a fuzzy neural network PI control algorithm is used to achieve the motor speed control loop and digital PI algorithm to achieve current loop control . The experimental results prove that the hardware and software design of switched reluctance motor drive system are reasonable, and the proposed dual closed-loop control method is correct and feasible.
