Abstract :
On the basis of implementation of the hydroautomatic detection system gradually, growing number of coal enterprises put forward the early warning theory based on hydrological data. The theory can promote water monitoring and manual analysis to automatic analysis, and by the use of information technology of "push", system could rapidly supply the analysis results and early warning messages to decision-makers, this greatly improves the speed of emergency response. With the direction of this theory, a hydro-dynamic monitoring of intelligent early warning system is developed and used in concrete reality.
