Abstract :
A design of on-line monitoring system of high-voltage circuit breaker based on ARM chip and embedded Linux platform is presented. The system has good stability, low cost, small size, low power consumption, strong scalability and large memory capacity, and can be used for both AC circuit breaker and DC circuit breaker. So it solved the integrated on-line monitoring problem of high-voltage breaker that there are both AC circuit breaker and DC circuit breaker in the subway traction substation. The system is applied in Beijing subway traction and the operation result shows that it has a good performance.
