Abstract :
The paper presents an intelligent analysis system (IAS) to get an accurate analysis of reclosing. The function of IAS is to get the accurate judgment of whether low-voltage release (LVR) reclosed successfully. Firstly, current and voltage variation (CVV) of LVR is recorded by intelligent low-voltage release (ILVR). To make it convenient to measure CVV of LVR for analysis, ILVR measuring function is adopted. And the data is used to analyze operating characteristic (OC) of LVR after restoration in the supply side. Finally, IAS will achieve the judgment. IAS can help LVR users get rid of disadvantages caused by reclosing. With the exact reclosing result, power supply bureau (PSB) can provide accurate information about restoration in DN to customers. And operation personnel can provide manual reclosing according to analysis of IAS. Finally, the validity of IAS was verified by the applications.
