  • Abstract
    This paper introduced a kind of basic measurement principle and method of multipurpose digital measurement instrument based on microcontroller, and some the software design methods was introduced, instrument calibration and reduces error measures. The digital measurement instrument realized A/D convert high precision, and ensured the accuracy of the measurement results. It not only can accurately and fast to measure the AC or DC voltage, current, resistance, but also can measure frequency, pulse signal, it realized digital display. The multipurpose digital measurement instrument has a good anti-interference performance, the measurement operation is simple, convenient, responding time is better rapid. After experiment test, the measurement result is accurate, intuitive.
