Abstract :
Presents the voice activated dialing equipment for a mobile telephone based on a newly developed speech recognition algorithm. This algorithm has overcome technical difficulties for speech recognition under noisy environments. Evaluation tests under the actual environment in a running car has proven that this equipment has a recognition rate of 98.2%
