Abstract :
The software package CELLO is described as a traffic analysis tool for cellular mobile telephony. It is based on the function `cell traffic recording´ in the AXE mobile telephone switching office, and runs on the MS-DOS family of computers. CELLO is used to extract and present traffic data from an operating cellular system so that the system engineers can analyze the performance of the system or investigate various types of system malfunctions
