  • Abstract
    We describe phase jitter reduction from 4 to 1 ps for different optical packet lengths in an all-optical 40Gb/s 3R-regenerator, based on integrated MZI-SOAs. Error-free BER operation with 2.5 dB power penalty improvement is demonstrated.
