Abstract :
SaaS is one model in which all the software can be rented, this system can not only reduce the cost of the system but also can maintain the daily amounts of work. Saving cost will become greater with the increasing enterprises anticipating. On the basis of vast Chinese supply and marketing cooperative structure which exist in both countryside and downtown the SaaS information system has been planned to establish. On delicate design of maturity model, data storage, the core module of system, security services and application the solution is given out to the problem of lack of funds and IT qualified persons.
