Abstract :
Evaluating college teachers´ professional level is a important link of teaching management and a important guarantee of improving teaching quality. This paper makes the college teachers´ performance appraisal quantitative and determines the evaluation index from teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching method and teaching effect four aspects. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used in performance appraisal, and the fuzzy synthetical evaluation model of performance appraisal was constructed.
