Abstract :
A high-precision ΣΔ modulator was designed for real-time signal processing of MEMS-based micro air vehicle. Reasonable switch timing, optimum switch size, simple two-stage op-amp structure and sub-threshold technologies were used in the modulator to improve the precision and decrease the power and area. The results of simulation show a SNR of 109dB and a power of 4.653 mW.
