Abstract :
Research results of increase of efficiency of injection in atmosphere of electron beams, with energy up to 100 keV, from electron sources based on high-voltage smolder discharge, through gas dynamic window with the differential gas pumping, are presented. Increased injection efficiency is reached by increase of working pressure of the electron source up to 80 Pa, using the gas dynamic effects and electrophysical phenomena for increasing pressure swing
