Abstract :
The Spatial Information Grid (SIG) support management, transport, distributed access, and analysis of various datasets by potentially thousands of service applicants. This paper, based on SIG, first researches on necessary analysis of multisource response mechanism in post-disaster reconstruction. Moreover, it researches on the model of multisource response mechanism in post-disaster reconstruction. There are mainly four aspects about information telecommunication: acquiring spatial information, responding spatial information, reaction spatial information and evaluation spatial information. In order to testify greater efficiency of the model, probability analysis is given. Eventually, it can be suggested as conclusion that telecommunication referring to four aspects in post-disaster reconstruction based on SIG has larger efficiency than traditional manner.
