Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to research the design and implementation of RTMSPG (Real-time Monitoring System for Power Grid) with G/Electric, based on the application of GIS (Geographical Information System), SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML). The designed C/S and B/S hybrid architecture, with data extraction, data analysis, data display separate and custom component developing, can improve system efficiency. Because of the mass complex data of power grid, we design grid-oriented model of power facilities, as well as dynamic operating parameters of the data storage strategy after in-depth study of the mainstream GIS data storage, to accelerate geographical and grid diagram shows and to accurate real-time over range alarm. The result of RTMSPG provides DS (Decision Support) for leading.
