Abstract :
Motivated by the insertion of a communication network in the feedback control loop, this paper presents a new state- and input-time-varying delay-dependent criterion that ensures the stability of the closed-loop system with a memoryless state feedback controller, by exploiting a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and by using some changes of variables and schur complements. Next, sufficient condition for the existence of controller and H¿ state feedback controller design methods are obtained based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI). An illustrative example is provided to show the advantage of the proposed results for network-based control system with time-varying delay in state and control input.
