            Abstract : 
In this presentation we will review the progress in monolithic integration of multi-channel transmitter photonic integrated circuits on InP. The level of complexity has extended to over 200 discrete functions being integrated on a single substrate, including optical signal amplification, and demonstration of multi channel devices capable of aggregate data rates in excess of 1 Tb/s.
