A study on spiral model of core competitiveness of enterprises based on resource-based view and competence-based view

Based on the resource-based view (RBV) and competence-based view (CBV), this paper concludes the main elements and evolutional process of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Then the paper puts forward the spiral model of core competitiveness of enterprises, splits the evolutional process of the core competitiveness of enterprises up into four stages, including conformity, synergism, linking and internationalization and analyses the model according to different types of enterprises.
