Abstract :
This paper examines ideas proposed in a previous article by the author and the results of applying the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic to the analysis and diagnosis of the state of functioning power installations, which are represented as open MECHANISMS. Procedures are created and united into fuzzy production models for recognition of “generalized images of the state” of the elements (or nodes) of a power installation. Fuzzy models are applied for the first time in designing an intellectual fuzzy regulator for rarefaction in a turbine condenser
