  • Abstract
    The increasingly serious environmental problems have impacted the coordinating relationship between human and the natural environment, which is needed to be solved urgently. In order to reduce the adverse impacts of the logistics activities to the environment, this paper firstly studies the current research of green logistics both in China and abroad, and then it analyzes the integrated enterprise management modes. Secondly, based on the literature review of enterprise logistics and green logistics, this paper proposes an integrated green logistics management model and constructs an economical performance analysis model to analyze the green logistics activities, and gives some impacted factors and variables analysis, this model is mainly used to solve the tradeoff between economical and environmental performance. And lastly, it summarizes the paper and gives the future studies.
