Abstract :
For evaluating the performance level after mergers and acquisitions in Chinese iron and steel industry completely, the performance evaluation system in this paper chose eight aspects and 26 indexes. A new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and system was built by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process. After the model system and empirical analysis, we found that Chinese iron and steel enterprise should pay more attention to environmental protection and creative ability of science and technology, economies of scale and social benefits than corporate profits. This approach can avoid the one-sidedness of index selection and has advantages of accuracy and objectivity. It provides a new method of performance study in Chinese iron and steel enterprises after mergers and acquisitions.
