Abstract :
At present, the evaluation of enterprise environmental performance under circular economy in our country is still at the beginning, and standard evaluation system has not been formed. The traditional extensive production style and the “end-treatment” environmental protection mode have not been able to meet the requirement of sustainable development. The cognitive degree of enterprise is very shallow for environmental performance leading to reduce indirectly the power of enterprise improving environment performance, and cover the destruction that enterprise manufacture activity is for the environment resources. This paper mainly matches the circular economy theory with enterprise environmental performance theory, makes the funds of environmental protection into the primary index layer of the model based on the former model, pays attention to the input indexes of enterprise R&D for environmental protection technology and environmental management, comprehensively considers the characteristics of production and operation for enterprises, establishes the evaluation model of environmental performance, helps enterprises find problems of environmental management related the decision, and realizes the sustainable development of enterprises.
