Abstract :
In essentially, the formation of enterprise trust mechanism is a evolutionary process of replication-dynamics and evolution game based on bounded rationality. Firstly, this paper analyzed the evolutionary process of enterprise trust, and construct a evolution game model; Then, according to the player´s replicated dynamic equation, it should gain an evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) of enterprise trust mechanism; At last, basing on above-mentioned, further reveal the inherence disciplinarian of the process.
