Abstract
Whether it is based on the analysis of the social responsibility connotation or the needs of the corporate development, enterprises´ taking the corporate social responsibility has a certain ought and necessity. But lack of awareness of corporate social responsibility and its economic consequences, no management of corporate social responsibility practices and value will have a serious impact on the enthusiasm of enterprises and the value of creativity. Therefore, after analyzing the value creation mechanism of corporate social responsibility, it is necessary to build up a value management system of corporate social responsibility in order to urge enterprises to concern and undertake social responsibility.
