Abstract :
Distance and open experimental education in distance education can greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of students for learning, thinking and developing the ability to innovate. This article researches on the importance of distance and open experimental education and the architecture of distance and open experimental platform and courses. This article also researches on the teaching organization and management of the distance and open experimental platform and highlights the advantages of this platform. The construction and application of distance and open experimental platform will form a sustainable modern advanced practice courses system in the field of experiment education. It will also solve the contradiction between university´s scale and teaching quality which a university now faces, and it will overcome issues related to the imbalance in experimental resources or lack of innovative capacity. Consequently, the distance and open experimental platform will effectively improve the quality of personnel training of distance education, and will provide a truly effective means and environment of experimental education.
