Abstract :
After the 2008 financial crisis, the number of our enterprise-based technologies for cross-border mergers and acquisitions increased significantly. Accessing to technology has become one of the important motivations for cross-border mergers and acquisitions in China, which is fully demonstrated that the willingness of China´s enterprises to the development of industry chain is gradually strengthening. In this paper, the AHP-level analysis empirical estimates that the resistance of the host country, the accuracy of goal-based technology and capacity of enterprises to absorb the target technical are the main issues that need to be firstly taken into consideration for cross-border mergers and acquisitions of technology acquisition. In this regard, this article makes recommendations accordingly from two levels - government and enterprises.
