Abstract
With the change of technical conditions of the library and readers´ role, especially the intense competition between libraries, it´s more and more common for the homogenization between library information products and services. Library and reader can hardly ever construct advantages by impersonal and external value of the context level. Therefore, the ultimate goal is to explore the relationship between the reader psychological state and their corresponding behaviors, to seek for the readers´ satisfaction and to realize the win-win situation between the library and readers.
