Abstract :
The hardware and software configurations of process automation system on roller-hearth heat treatment furnace are described. The design ideas and principles of control functions are introduced. Heat treatment schedule management, process parameter setting, plate temperature tracking, heating process dynamic control and production data statistics are included in the system. The production capacity of furnace is improved and energy consumption is reduced by optimization of control strategy and model. The parameters of furnace are better than design value. Since the system is put into operation, it works stably and qualified rate is improved more than 99%.
