Abstract :
In this paper, analysis strongly coal-based city economic development as the goal to define the concepts, standards and classification of the resource-based cities, coal-based city main characteristics and laws of economic development, as well as the coal industry, coal resources in the city and analyzed in terms of economic, social, resources, ecological environment and the population of five main problems facing the coal resources in China city to explore and summarize the Economic Recession of the coal resources in the city from the subjective and objective level for the study of coal resources. Urban competitiveness evaluation to improve the foundation and provide the basis for. More resource-based city and its mechanism, the bottleneck problem of the innovation of this paper is to study mechanisms.
