Abstract :
This paper, introduces a technology of how to develop the marine environment monitoring information system software efficiently, and makes a analysis of the system software based on browser/server and client/server synthesis structure. The paper also take WebGIS and other information technology as the technical support, which had been used to implement the system and presents the principle of design,the system frame,main functions of the marine monitoring information system.
