Factor analysis on social and economic public investment promoting private investment in Yangtze River Delta region

Using the factor analysis method, the paper analysis the influence factors of social and economic public investment promoting private investment in Yangtze River Delta region, it find that that level of science and technology, industrial structure, the quality of workers, the level of financial development, as well as the degree of market are the main factors of social and economic public investment promoting private investment. With the development of social and economic public investment, the role is becoming increasingly important. The level of the social and economic public investment promoting private investment from 2004 to 2010 is higher than the period of 1990 to 2003 through cluster analysis. In the end, the paper offers some policy recommendations.
