Abstract :
To take the contacting dynamic characteristic of ball bearing into multi-body dynamic systematic equation, bearings were viewed as one of sub-structures in gear transmission system based on dynamic sub-structure method. And contacting dynamics model of ball bearing with complex work loads was established using EHL lubrication thought, dynamics of rolling bearing and Hertz contact theory. Matrixes of time varying stiffness and damp were numerical calculated by applying bearing parameters and work dynamic loads. Dynamic characteristic of ball bearing was described by bushing force in ADAMS. Application of the instance demonstrates the simulation results can provide precise boundary conditions for dynamic analysis of gear transmission system.
