Abstract :
This paper presents the theory and method in supply chain for intelligent collaborative quality control in the manufacturing processing. In the paper, the structure and know-how of the supply chain is first introduced, then the system of the collaborative control technology for the product quality based supply chain in the environment of network manufacture is researched, and the system is also designed after a careful discussion on the technology of the information exchange and the specific method for the collaborative control for product quality. The effective collaborative control method and data model in the design ensures the final quality of the product as well as the quality of the product manufactured both at the center plant and far way. The paper also provides some sight for the key technology of the network manufacture-that of the mass customization.
